  1. Who we are. This website is created by a Community of enthusiasts for the sole purpose of technical disclosure. The goal is to create a Receivers and Transceivers Directory that can be used freely, free of charge, without requiring a login. The site is created in full autonomy without coordination with external parties such as, among others, organizations, companies, operators, service providers. The structure of the site (HTML/PHP) and its contents (Pages) are both written as an exclusively intellectual work of the authors. As such, the structure of the site and its contents are aimed at the hobbyist interests of the authors. New contents and/or the revision of the contents already published takes place in free time, with an occasional character, and without coordination and defined organization. Lacking a continuous and organized activity, it is not possible for us to respond in certain times to contact requests, nor to update technical data sheets and information in certain times.

  2. Cookies. In the direct management of this site we use cookies. This means that on the server side, technical cookies are directed to your computer, tablet or smartphone.

  3. Third Party Services. The pages of this site may contain links and banners that lead to domains other than this one. By following or loading the links you could access web spaces that use technical cookies and/or profiling cookies. These files are issued and managed by entities not associated with us. We inform you that the Google Analytics cookie is active for the visit counter function. We inform you that occasionally and for experimentation there may be advertisements, the position and spaces of interaction of these advertisements are not in our direct control. On these occasions, when you click on links to various merchants on this site and make a purchase, this can result in this site earning a commission.   5. The site managers, as data controller, inform you pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, "Privacy Code") and art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes.

  6. Object of the treatment. The site managers process personal data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment details - hereinafter, "personal data" or "data") communicated by you occasion of the conclusion of contracts or registrations.

  7. Purpose of the processing. Your personal data are processed without your express consent (Article 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following service purposes: To conclude contracts for the services of the site managers; Fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships with you; Fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as in the field of anti-money laundering); Exercise the rights of the site operators, for example the right to defense in court.

  8. Processing methods. The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing. The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes.

  9. Access to data. Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2: To the site managers, in their capacity as persons in charge and / or internal managers of the processing and / or system administrators; To third-party companies or other subjects (by way of example, couriers, postal operators, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the site managers, in their capacity as external data processors.

  10. Data communication. Without the need for express consent (pursuant to Article 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), the site managers may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2 to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, as well as to those subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of said purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.

  11. Safety. The data are kept and controlled by adopting suitable preventive security measures, aimed at minimizing the risks of loss and destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized processing and different from the purposes for which the processing is carried out.

  12. Data transfer. The management and storage of personal data will take place in the territory of the European Union.

  13. Rights of the interested party. In your capacity as an interested party, you have the right referred to in art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights to: 1. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; 2. obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents; 3. obtain: a) the updating, rectification or integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; 4. object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection. Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to in Articles. 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right of opposition), as well as the right of complaint to the Guarantor Authority.
